With the retracting potential equalization reel you get a device specifically developed for tank and bulk loading/unloading operations. It prevents the build-up of electrostatic charges between trucks, railway wagons, drums or similar containers and other components such as filling nozzles, funnels, suction units agitators etc.
The device is especially intended for electrostatic earthing, have a retracting cable made of high quality stainless steel, rolls for optimum cable guidance and several different mounting positions possible.
The KPE is certified for use in EX-Zones 2 and 22.
The KPX is certified for use in EX-Zones 1, 21, 2 and 22.
There is also a safety system available which is automatically and permanently monitoring the ground connection.
