Introduction to Incona

With over 30 years experience from the electronics industry, mainly components and embedded systems, I decided to start Incona in 2017. I saw a demand in the market for a supplier with technical knowledge capable of supplying also small and mid-size quantities of customized components, helping companies to grow. With my background as an electronics engineer it gives me great pleasure to be able to provide this service.

The organization today includes several people in Sweden and employees in Asia, mainly in India and China. Our production is not only located in China, Taiwan and India, but also within EU and Sweden. We have been active in India since 2019, giving us a vast network of people and other resources, we are in discussions with several companies regarding possible Joint Ventures in India and we expect an interesting outcome in a near future.

The product range have developed due to customers needs, starting with Cable Assemblies with overmolded connectors (M12, M8 and others), Membrane Panels, Antennas and RF-cables, Temperature Sensors, EMI-filters and other products.

The flexibility of MOQ’s is important for us, for most products 100pcs as MOQ is no problem for customer specific products. If it is a standard product the MOQ is 1.

If customers wish, we are open to setups where we provide buffer stock at our warehouse and the capability to ship globally. This to provide a high level of service to fit customers production needs.

Thanks to our flexibility we have been able to keep good lead times and managed to avoid price increases during uncertain times such as Covid and the Ukraine war.

Membrane Panels: We deliver most variants needed. Panels with overlays of PET, PC or Silicone and even with touch. Backlit versions and with display windows in virtually any shape or form.

Cable Assemblies: Main focus is cable assemblies with overmolded connectors, like M12, M8 and other sizes. Also other connector types as overmolded are possible for us to produce and cables with different connectors in each end or open end in any length. The program includes other types, like industrial rugged and MIL, or simpler crimp type connectors, if needed.

EMC-filters: For these products we act as a distributor for EMIS, an Indian EMC-filter manufacturer.
The product range is vast and if the filter needed is not in the standard range there is a great capacity to develop customized versions. Lead times are often much shorter and prices more attractive than from other large manufacturers in the market.

Antennas and RF-cables: External and internal antennas for 3G, 4G, 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, 433MHz, 866Mhz and other frequencies with the connector of choice. Some types are standard, but most antennas are developed to fit a specific customer application.

Embedded Products: Panel PC’s (8” to 32” displays) and Box-PC’s for automation needs and network components like switches are available.

Fastening systems: For machine builders and customers providing installation services to their systems, we represent EFCO as a distributor. Especially the CLIC-family for pipe- and cable installation is popular.

Other Products: Due to our vast network in Asia and Europe we are quite often able to help customers find other products they need in their applications.
